 1. Change the language to Spanish (Peru) and restart sugar
 2. Start Write activity and click on the "Imagen" tab
 3. Click on the "Insertar imagen" button on the toolbar

 Expected result: The object chooser with pop up with the following text on
 the top: "Escoja un objeto"
