 Testing in build 82-763. All looking good here, I have ~6 APs kicking
 around my Neighborhood, no sign of any default B&W icons for the last hour
 (used to have at least 1 of the 6 in the B&W state, if not most of them).
 BTW: Eben, like the refinement to the AP icons, just using fill and stroke
 colour, a nice simplification.
