Comment:

 Oh dear, this just got a whole steaming pile worse in build 82-763. Now,
 if you do reveal the frame while the Control Panel is open (using keyboard
 shortcut), NONE of the Frame's icons are click-able, display palettes or
 mouse-over hints. You're reduced to using keyboard shortcuts for any
 navigation until you close the CP. CP reduces the Frame UI to a great fat
 border with some pretty icons and zero functionality.
