 Yes, reproduced on my XO with 8.2-760 also. It was disconcerting that the
 hot corners did not work; I have gotten quite accustomed to using them.

 With Control Panel showing, I pressed the Activity key (F4), which put me
 back into my Firefox. But then hot corners did not work, and it was not
 clear how to get back to Control Panel. Trial and error, and Home key (F3)
 got me back to it.
