Comment:

 I think every time I've gone to the network view (~10 times so far) in 8.2
 I've seen a black access point... which one differs and changes, even if I
 don't move the cursor or switch out of the network view.  I'm bumping the
 priority, maybe its not a blocker but I think its a major annoyance.
