Comment:

 - Checked with Fedora devs and audited xs-release. We have the same thing
 as fedora-release (including the old keys) and this makes sense because
 dropping the old keys means that packages from the 'release' repo would
 not be installable.

  - Got a local copy of the updates-newkey repo and built a new CD
 installer using the updated packages. Fedora-0.5.dev4-i386.iso
