 The morning after:  I cannot reproduce bug using the Waiting Method, but
 can reproduce bug using PowerPlug Method.

 So there is an unknown variable or prerequisite setup condition.

 This might be a mix of more than one bug.  More info needed.

 By the way, an electronic egg-timer is handy for waiting: you can daydream
 until it beeps.
