 The Help activity's ./help/style.css does not currently allow it to change
 its width to respond to screen rotation.

 I, Brian, when making it fit on the XO, put in values that made it fit
 nicely on the screen. It needs to work on more screen sizes. In a worst-
 case, this can be accomplished by deleting the stylesheet (thus making the
 navigation harder to use).
