Comment:

 Debugged this with bert's help.  The http://etoys.laptop.org/xo url
 redirects to http://etoys.laptop.org/xo/ (with trailing slash) but it
 incorrectly uses the no-slash version as the base href, and so constructs
 incorrect absolute URLs for the relative URLs given on that page.

 Fixed in http://dev.laptop.org/git?p=users/cscott/sugar-update-
 control;a=commitdiff;h=42164a6c403a673cce0a297c9aefa9efb9d92777 and
 http://dev.laptop.org/git?p=users/cscott/sugar-update-
