Comment:

 The  issue can be reproduced now, Etoys-92 is not updated automatically to
 version 93 in 8.2-760 even though it is listed at
 http://etoys.laptop.org/xo which is the bundle_url named in the xo.

 It turns out that page uses relative links to the xo bundles in a way that
 the updater does not handle correctly (it misses the redirect from "/xo"
 to "/xo/" when constructing the full url). Scott is on it.
