 In build 8.2-760 (and previous beta builds), Date & Time portion of
 Control Panel does not show adjusted date & time, only a widget to select
 timezone.

 If adjusted date & time were displayed, a user could better verify that
 they have selected their correct timezone.  This could also be a
 teaching/learning tool for kids to discover timezones by experimenting and
 seeing the local time for various cities around the world.

 By the way, sugar control panel is getting sophisticated enough to deserve
 its own 'component' in Trac.
