 Attached 2 log files: shell.log with the exception from the graphical
 software update
 and getupdates.log (slightly edited by adding newlines after the CRs)
 obtained by
 running 'sugar-control-panel -g available_updates > getupdates.log 2>&1'
 in
 terminal.
 shell.log contains the best info.
