 permissions.info] files can be used, trivially, to set rlimits on
 activities. We might try setting RLIMIT_AS ('lim_mem ...') on the off-hand
 chance that xulrunner responds usefully to receiving ENOMEM. (This won't
 stop the BadAlloc's from killing Browse but we might encounter them less
 frequently. Maybe.)
