isn't that way, as above, but maybe one of the libertas commands for
turning off the radio might be..?
Would a simple "ifconfig eth0 down" do the trick? If the driver is
properly behaved, it should quiesce the queue and wait for all outstanding
commands to timeout or cancel them.
