 geneese, here is how to attach logs from the XO:

  1 Open a terminal
  2 Run "olpc-log", it will create a file starting with log-something
  3 copy-to-journal -m application/x-bzip-compressed-tar log-something
  4 Open browse, navigate to this ticket and attach the file.

 I just attached the logs above in this way. Cumbersome, but it should work
 :)
