Comment:

Recently, every palette I've tried a right-click on, has accepted that
right-click. [AND the right-click has avoided what a left-click on that
 icon would have launched.]

I'm assuming that this implementation is now widespread enough for there
to be no need for this ticket as a "reminder".

NOW what is needed is to convince all __users__ that when they want to
click on an icon, they should use LEFT-click -- but when they want to
click in the icon's palette (a.k.a. as the 'hover menu'), they should use
 RIGHT-click.
