Comment:

 As Bert subsequently pointed out, alt-dot already does pause ticking
 scripts, but this only happens if the eToyFriendly preference is turned
 on.

 So probably a better fix would be to remove the eToyFriendly guard on the
 stopRunningAll call in Debugger class >> openInterrupt:onProcess:, instead
 of my fix.
