 On jabber.laptop.org we have had difficulty seeing all the online users in
 the past while since the server was put up again - and it takes a long
 time to see anyone at all.

 When I manually rolled PS back to 0.82.0 on my build 767, suddenly it sees
 everyone, quickly, after Sugar is started.

 The changes since 0.82.0 include InspectHandles work.
