 20 people using the activity "Chat" for heavy chatting in the environment
 where 62 laptops were connected to a school server (v.0.4)having one AP,
 with each laptop running Chat, but only 20 in actual use by people
 chatting at the same time, the chat response slowed down tramendously,
 sometimes living people with an impression of having sticky keys in their
 machines.
