 Implementation note: `Project current projectParameterAt:
 #sugarProperties` is the dictionary of meta data that will be stored in
 the Journal entry. `'tags'` and `'description'`are the two keys in there
 that we should allow to edit. The entry title is not in that dictionary
 but simply the project's name.

 The case where we must not prompt for meta data is initiated by
 `SugarLaucher>>windowEvent:`.
