 When pressing the stop or keep button for a new project, we should offer a
 dialog mandating to enter a project title, and optionally tags and
 description, similar to the one shown on non-Sugar platforms. Otherwise
 it's very hard to find the project later according to reports from the
 field.

 Note there must not be a dialog when quitting Etoys by other means (like
 the stop menu entry in the frame). Also this should only done for new
 projects, subsequent saves should be silent.
