 When analysing traffic captures to investigate #8667, Javier Cardona
 (Cobybit) noted that the XO is not responding to the first EAPOL frame
 from the Access Point.

 The above was noted in fails to associate to two different models of
 Access Points in WPA mode: Buffalo WHR-G54S and Netgear WNR834M.

 The traffic captures are attached.
