 Build 767, usb update files for people with 656.

 Today when I download the files for doing an 'olpc-update --usb', I find I
 have to go back to the internet to get the updated updater. Since this
 release is for people who don't have a good internet connection, we should
 include the updated updater in the one big (zipped) download.
