Comment:

 Now the most socs based on arm11 come equipped with part of soc from
 imgtec. Depends what possibilities it would open for kids. And whether arm
 is considered at all as possible base of the platform, known for the
 quality performance per watt. Still arm11 is only reasonable if there is
 gonna be heavy use of 3d and/or floating point ops and/or movie playback
 and/or other dsp uses.
