 Hmm, I did not actually reinstall EPaath but used the one I had installed
 from a while ago (I'm not on a fast connection until next week).

 But I just logged into dev.laptop.org and checked the permissions inside
 the bundle, which are indeed wrong. So you need to fix the bundle (you can
 ssh into the server and repack there, doesn't need a lot of bandwidth).
