 Again, I'm pretty sure that the bundle we uploaded had the right
 permissions. Certainly not 700 permissions. Could somebody with 'normal'
 download speeds please confirm that the bundle reachable from
 http://dev.laptop.org/pub/epaati/E-Paath-latest.xo has in fact 700
 permissions?
