 A note for future use : we are offering links to our project tracker (and
 code collection, though it's not easy to find and both are currently the
 same url) : these sites and tools desperately need to be localized into
 Spanish.

 Just as our wiki is now getting as many spanish-language as english-
 language visitors, all other project tools will as well.  English-heavy
 sites will keep them from contributing effectively and fragment the
 community.  Todo: include spanish-localizers in the infrastructure gang.
