 The Presence Service window boundary between the Activities window and the
 Buddies window is not selectable or resizable.

 The boundary between the Log and Activities windows selects and resizes
 correctly. This forces the Activies/Buddies windows to auto resize evenly
 but the stated behaviour indicates all windows should be manually
 selectable/resizable.
