I'm not sure if this should be a power management or network bug.

When using a wired Ethernet adapter with 'Automatic power management' set,
the adapter goes to sleep and doesn't come back up when power management
 cycles.

The adapter in question is the AirLink 101 USB 2.0 Ethernet Adapter. I
don't know if the issue is specific to this adapter as it's the only one I
have. The box says 'suspend power saving mode supported'.

The adapter works ok with no power management.

This is with 8.2 - build 767, which doesn't have an entry in the 'Version'
 list here.
