Comment:

 The device does not respond to "set-address" USB commands unless you first
 issue a "get device descriptor" on device number 0.  This is probably a
 spec violation, but since most operating systems do indeed do "get device
 descriptor" on device 0 as the first step, it's probably prudent for OFW
 to do that too.  When I added that to the USB probing code, the Lexar
 device works - and all of my other USB devices still work too, so I'll
 make the change to the code.  It will probably appear in the next OFW
 release after Q2E22.
