Comment:

 The attached patches address points (2) and (3) above.  The first ensures
 that we use the .svg extension when we copy to /tmp, so that the icon
 class properly identifies it as an AVG and can color it correctly.

 The second prevents the copy to /tmp as long as the bundle is already
 installed, in which case we referece the icon in the installed bundle,
 which takes advantage of caching.  In the future, we may be able to
 reference the icon within the zipped bundle via fuse, preventing the need
 to copy to /tmp completely.
