 I worked on this some more, being more careful with the API changes in the
 evince.defs specification.

 I think it's possible to modify the Read activity to work with both
 versions of the API without too much hassle. I now have it opening PDFs
 fine, the final step is to get search working properly again (this is one
 of the larger areas of API change). I'll keep working on it.
