Comment:

 Simple mesh presence/collaboration/tubes uses multicast, so without wake-
 on-multicast the collaboration will break. Changing IP address will also
 break collaboration.

 Since we are using long timeouts in avahi, it takes a while before the
 presence times out and the other buddy is removed from your mesh view.
 Before then, they don't "see each other", they just haven't received an
 explicit message that the other one went away.

 We do have an open issue on making activities more resilient to breaks in
 the Telepathy channels - #5260. Ideally the activity would go back to an
 unshared state and could be reshared or could rejoin if it detects the
 same activity in mesh view.
