#7123: Mesh Network fails when access point switches channels
--------------------+-------------------------------------------------------

     Type: defect | Status: new
Priority: normal | Milestone: Never Assigned
Component: distro | Version: Update.1
 Keywords: | Verified: 0

When connected to an access point and not connected to a jabber server the
laptops fail to connect to each other. In 1CC what happens is the access
point automatically switches the channel of laptops back and forth from 6
to 11. As a result there is no way to access any of the collaboration
features. This is because the XO's in the neighborhood view take a while
to populate, and by the time they get populated the computer has again
switched the channel, and the information in the neighborhood view is no
 longer applicable.
