 It's been brought up independently several times that it would be
 convenient to make the activity zoom button cycle through activities. It's
 also been suggested that it would be nice to have similar semantics for
 the other zoom buttons.  My proposal is to make the zoom buttons cycle
 through the available views for their level, where activities are
 considered the separate views of the activity level.

 This means that the home button will toggle between ring and list views
 once the Home zoom level is focused.  Right now we only have one view in
 Groups and Neighborhood, but they too will gain a list view soon, and I'd
 like to be remain open to additional views in the future.
