 Some important iwpriv commands have been removed from the driver and, as a
 result, we lost some control over the wireless subsystem (not to mention
 testing capabilities).

 This ticket (1) is dedicated to:

 rateadpt
  that once allowed us to disable automatic rate adaptation

 powercfg and tpccfg
  that once allowed us to control power adaptation

 txcontrol
  that once allowed us to set the Tx rate, ack policy, and retry limit on a
 per packet basis.
