Comment:

 A lot of recent discussion around this idea elucidated the point that
 there are many actions we'd like to support on activity bundles that
 require them to be present within the Journal even when installed.  Most
 notable, it should be possible to edit them, look inside them, etc. just
 like other objects.  The new designs attempt to make the whole activity
 management system saner, with a clearer alias system for placing favorites
 within the Home ring.
