 move the mouse while attempting to navigate to any of the icons on the
 bottom, the mouse jumps to uninvited (unwanted) position; usually back to
 the left top corner.

 My XO is currently in the Green Brick state due to the Control Key
 sticking problem. I have not seen the Erratic Mouse problem with the USB;
 however, I have seen the Control Key Sticking problem while connected with
 the USB.
