 Sugar should have, in a relatively obvious place, a "complain" button, so
 that if users don't like something they can click the complain button and
 tell us what they don't like.  Eventually, we should also have a way to
 respond to a specific person's complaint about the system, and open a
 dialogue.

 The ability, and indeed desire, to have a button like this is precisely
 what distinguishes open projects from closed products.  Currently, we do
 not know what users like and do not like about the system.  This would
 help us to learn.  The placement should also make it clear that users may
 lodge complaints about the interface or any other aspect of the larger
 technical system.
