#6701: dragging pictures onto the frame from browse doesn't work every time

 G1G1 + build 700 and activities updated with Bert's python script.

 Visit a web site with lots of photos. Drag a photo onto the frame
 (clipboard). It works. Then try to drag another different photo onto the
 frame. It doesn't work. After some random fiddling, I am able to drag
 another photo onto the frame. However, it doesn't work without fiddling.
 It is easy to reproduce this problem.
