Comment:

 SJ, this isn't my bug.  You control the library.  Move the link.

 Further, the Spanish translation is already done.  It requires no client-
 side changes: all the text content on the page comes from the activation
 server, which has been translated into Spanish.

 The wiki stuff should be a separate bug, but that's also not my area of
 responsibility.
