 Apparently, one can only erase activities that were installed through the
 journal (i.e.: usb key or downloaded from the browser).

 Activities installed manually with sugar-install-bundle or with the
 customization key, still show up in the journal, but cannot be erased.

 Fixing this is quite critical for the Nepali curriculum which consists of
 several large activities that the students are supposed to install in
 succession.  To make room for the new activities, students are supposed to
 manually erase the older ones.
