 1. Had been waiting on a tiny sugar-toolkit patch that I pushed yesterday.
 It's amazingly trivial and had been posted to the ML twice without
 comment, so I've pushed this to sugar git as

 2. No change, unfort.

 3. I shall put into git as soon as I fix #2, as it may become unnecessary.

 4. is basically WONTFIX (would you like to open another bug for this so we
