 I suggest updating to a more recent build. Firmware release 22.p14 solved
 a problem with the path discovery mechanism that would occasionally
 prevent invitations to work (#6589).

 Besides, please keep in mind that with more that 40 nodes (as reported in
 the message above) you might expect a busy medium and impacts on
 reliability. For that scenario is advised to connect the XOs to Access
 points and register with a jabber server (if one is available). As of
 today, any mesh with 40 nodes in a classroom is not expected to work
 reliably.
