Comment:

 Builds must be signed in order for the four-button reflash to operate.
 However, according to my understanding of the
 [http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Unscheduled_software_release_process release
 process] and the [http://wiki.laptop.org/go/OLPC_SW-ECO_5_Checklist
 release checklist], 708 is not yet ready to be signed. (706 probably could
 be, but we also know that it there are a small (3? 5?) number of Amharic
 keys which were incorrectly mapped and which are believed to be fixed in
 707/708.)  However, as of this moment, I've only seen that 708 clean-
 installs on MP machines and can be upgraded to from 703. Between us,
 Charlie and I have probably managed a full smoke test; however, that's
 about all we officially know.

 Are you ready to sign it today on the basis of these measurements?
