Comment:

 Confused here.  Copy-nand is the recommended clean install for developers.
 When we get a release candidate, it will have an fs.zip which will allow
 four-button install (on both secured and unsecured machines).

 Are you saying that we're past due for a release candidate?  Reassigning
 to mstone on that assumption.
