 Charlie, thanks for the logs. Unfortunately you seem to have left out the
 "echo 'export SUGAR_LOGGER_LEVEL=debug' >> /home/olpc/.xsession" step,
 since the presenceservice.log and org.laptop.Chat-1.log don't contain any
 of the DEBUG messages.
