 (After we get beyond these, we'll quickly find that Rainbow rewrites
 various files (e.g. its [http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Taste_the_Rainbow
 spool] and the contents of /etc/passwd & /etc/group) in order to launch
 activities. This won't directly affect the ability to start Sugar but it
 will result in the inexplicable failure of activity launching.)
