 I'm not sure to understand what's the bug here.
 We decided to stop Salut for a while when XO is connected to a school
 server as, in that configuration, Gabble should find a working jabber
 server. That's not optimal as if it didn't find one, no Telepathy
 connection is running during a few minutes but that's the best we can do
 for now.
