 This is joyride-2000.

 The browser has a "Search the Web" section on the start page.
 In there, a text box is provided to enter a Google query.

 That text box isn't properly rendered. I see the right and lower
 edges only. The top and left edges are missing. Since the inside
 and outside of it are both white, the result looks like a wide
 backwards letter L.
